PAN Number: We collect your PAN number only for the CIBIL score check tool. It is transmitted directly to the credit bureau (via Decentro API in Phase 2) and is never stored in our database.

We NEVER sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third party for their own marketing purposes.

• Lead and enquiry data: 3 years from date of capture
• Loan application data (if disbursed): 7 years as required by RBI
• Marketing consent records: Until you withdraw consent + 1 year
