Fair Practice Code

1. Our Identity and Role
BharatFincred is a Direct Selling Agent (DSA) β we are not a bank, NBFC, or financial institution. We do not accept deposits, lend money, or make credit decisions. Our role is limited to:
- Collecting loan applications and connecting borrowers with lender partners
- Providing indicative information about loan products via tools and calculators
- Assisting customers through the loan application process
- Earning referral fees from lenders upon successful loan disbursement
We clearly identify ourselves as a DSA in all our communications, website, and marketing materials.

3. Responsible Sales Conduct
All BharatFincred representatives (employees, agents, and DSA sub-agents) are required to:
- Identify themselves by name and as BharatFincred representatives in all communications
- Never misrepresent loan terms, interest rates, or eligibility criteria
- Never use pressure, coercive, or manipulative tactics to push a loan product
- Present multiple lender options where available, not just the highest-commission option
- Advise customers not to take on more debt than their FOIR (Fixed Obligation to Income Ratio) allows
- Never promise guaranteed approval β all approvals are at the lender's sole discretion
- Maintain call and communication records for quality assurance and grievance purposes

5. Anti-Mis-Selling Policy
BharatFincred has a strict zero-tolerance policy on mis-selling. The following practices are expressly prohibited:
If you believe any BharatFincred representative has engaged in mis-selling, please report it immediately to grievance@bharatfincred.com.
6. Partner Lender Standards
BharatFincred only partners with banks and NBFCs that are regulated by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI), the National Housing Bank (NHB), or other applicable regulatory bodies. We perform due diligence before onboarding any lender and monitor compliance on an ongoing basis.
We do not work with unregistered moneylenders, illegal financiers, or any entity that engages in predatory lending practices.
7. DNCR and Communication Compliance
We respect the RBI's Do Not Call (DNC) Registry and TRAI's regulations. We do not contact numbers registered on the DNC registry for unsolicited marketing. All SMS and WhatsApp communications comply with TRAI guidelines and include an opt-out mechanism.
8. Review and Updates
This Fair Practice Code is reviewed annually by our management team and updated to reflect changes in RBI guidelines, applicable laws, and industry best practices. The latest version is always available on this page.
